With this acquisition, Normec is taking an important step in its international growth strategy and is entering the British market on a large scale for the first time.
Founded in 2004, i2 Analytical has grown to become one of the market leaders in the United Kingdom. The company operates state-of-the-art laboratories in both the United Kingdom and continental Europe and is known for its broad testing capabilities, extensive accreditations, and strong focus on customer service.
The partnership between Normec and i2 Analytical is based on a shared vision centered on quality, customer focus, and innovation. By combining the knowledge, expertise, and technological capabilities of both organizations, a strong European network is created that can support customers even better.
For Normec, the acquisition not only marks an entry into the important British market but also further strengthens its position within the European market for testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) services.
