About the POLYMEER Project

Over the next four years, the POLYMEER Project will develop cutting-edge bioplastics designed for applications in agriculture, automotive textiles, and industrial packaging. By repurposing BSG, this initiative supports a circular bio-based economy, advancing sustainability in multiple sectors.

Our Role in the Project

Steven Verstichel, our Division Manager at BCDE (Biodegradation, Composting, Disintegration, Environmental Safety), will lead Normec OWS’s efforts in this groundbreaking project. We’re proud to collaborate with 14 partners from 8 countries, working together to drive innovation and sustainability.
